You’re invited to take part in Nottingham’s Climate Assembly
Following the City’s first Nottingham Youth Climate Assembly, Nottingham Climate Assembly is holding a city-wide assembly on Sunday May 10th and Saturday May 16th 2026. If you’re over 16, live in Nottingham city and want to help make our city better, we’d love to hear from you!
Prior to Nottingham’s first Citizen’s Assembly, Nottingham Climate Action through an outreach programme encouraged interested young people aged 16 - 25 to become youth panelist to help shape the Assembly and in doing so provide a forum for young people, aged 15 - 18, to give their perspective on plans for carbon neutral Nottingham 2028 (CN28) and develop their understanding of local solutions to key areas of challenges posed by the climate and ecological emergency.
